This will be the first of a range of projects for the Fluidity Films slate. We intend to develop a number of projects with at least 3 going into production over the next four years.
Development is a crucial stage in any feature film project. The stronger the development process the better the finished projects that make it into production.
Each time a project supported by the Development Fund goes into production, investors will be repaid their capital +20%by the production on the first day of principal photography.
Each new fund will cover a range of costs associated with creating the very best production, from sourcing writers and works for adaptation, through to casting and packaging the projects to take to the market.

• option rights
• producer fees
• early stage legal costs
• script readings with cast
• script editors
• executive producers/mentors

• director’s development fee/script work
• casting.
Fluidity has used a number of tax efficient EIS (Enterprise Initiative Schemes) to finance its films.
We have introduced over 125 new investors to film finance. Investors enjoy newsletters, early access to scripts, stills, rushes, and special premieres with cast & crew.
We are now looking to raise development funds through the government’s new Seed-
